About Sreelakshmi Venugopal

Dr. Sreelakshmi Venugopal did her MBBS from Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur followed by DNB in Ophthalmology from Sankara Eye Hospital, Shimoga, Karnataka.

She has sound clinical knowledge in various specialities like; cornea, retina, glaucoma, paediatric ophthalmology and oculoplasty. She performed a number of small incision cataract surgeries and phacoemulsification surgeries during her DNB at Sankara Eye Hospital. She has joined Trinity’s Alathur Centre as Consultant Ophthalmologist in the Department of General Ophthalmology.
